A special hardcover edition of Saye Family Stories: Perspectives on Life in the South, 1777-1899 by Asbury Washington Saye was funded by support of more than forty individuals through a Kickstarter campaign in 2025.
The volume has a gold-foil stamped cloth cover, with sewn binding and gold gilded edges. Endsheets are printed with Civil War-era maps of places Asbury W. Saye lived in Georgia and Mississippi.
One hundred copies were printed, with sixty being donated to libraries across the United States. A list of libraries where you can find the book is provided here.
